Sie wirken auf uns und ergeben eine „Wandergalerie“, die jeweils das Bühnenbild erweitert.

über AM FLUSS

„AM Fluss“ means „at the river, ittells a story through music and dance. A story which connects to what happens around us, to the architecture, to the emotional state of the people. It needs to be shown in public spaces where people float around like water.
Scenes of different ways of floating were put together like a epiosde movie. Scenes about how communities work or not work. But don´t be afraid – we don´t have answers, we just mirror nature.

Water runs – around stones or over sand – rubs from them and takes the material with. people have been wandering for thousands of years, leaving materials and culture and taking others with them. the floating always leads to influencing each other.

To reflect this, AM FLUSS has a stage design that gets an addition in every city we play in: A local artist designs one of the transparent pipes we use – the growing sculpture-art collection is the piece´s diary and at the same time makes eyery performance unique. The new vehicle is used like a sign, a robot that programms us for seeking for freedom and renewal. Also the piece has a scene that is presented with a local artist´s song, like you see here the wonderful singer Samirah Al-Amrie.

In public spaces, the audience is really a part of the performance. you can feel the nature of freedom finally: freedom needs a working team, a good community to be formed.
